Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original packaging
3. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping) to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.
5. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after 14 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us
7. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
